Content policy

This policy says what may and may not be published on sites built with MySexyApp. It is part of the terms of service. It applies to texts, photos, videos, stories, links and every other part of a site.

Allowed

Sites may advertise lawful services offered by adults. Photos may be sensual, but must follow the rules below and the law of every country where the site is aimed.

Not allowed

• Any content showing, suggesting or involving a person under 18, including anyone made to look under 18. We report such content to the authorities.
• People who have not agreed to be shown, or whose agreement can be doubted. This includes hidden camera material and intimate images shared without consent.
• Photos or videos of real people you have no right to use, including photos taken from other sites, and images made with AI to look like a real, identifiable person.
• Explicit sexual acts and visible genitals in photos, videos and stories.
• Offers of services that are illegal where they are offered, and any sign of coercion, exploitation or human trafficking.
• Drugs, weapons and other illegal goods.
• Hate speech, threats, harassment, and content that incites violence or discrimination.
• False or misleading information about the person, their age, their location or their services, and fake reviews.
• Spam, malware, phishing, and links to such content.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of others.

Photos and identity

• Every person shown must be the advertiser or someone who has given written consent to be shown on that site. The advertiser must be able to prove it on request.
• Photos must be current and must show the person the site is about.
• We may ask for proof of age and consent at any time and hide content until we receive it.

How content is checked

We do not review content before it is published. We act when we learn of a problem, through a report or our own checks.

• Anyone can report content through the Report link in the footer of every site. Please name the site and say what is wrong.
• We review each report without undue delay and act if the content breaks the law or this policy.
• Possible actions are removing content, hiding a site, suspending an account or closing it. The advertiser receives the reason and can object by replying to the notice or writing to [to be completed]. A person who sent a report with an email address is told the outcome.
• Content involving minors, and any credible sign of trafficking, is removed at once and reported to the authorities.

Legal notices from authorities

Orders from competent authorities and notices of illegal content can be sent to [to be completed]. We confirm receipt and act on them without undue delay.
